Construction Company Website with CMS — Built to Grow With Their Projects

Speed Infra is a Hyderabad-based real estate developer and construction company with multiple residential projects in their portfolio. They needed a company website that did two things: present the brand professionally and let their team manage project listings without calling a developer every time a new project launched.

We built the full company website with Strapi as the CMS for ₹50,000. Next.js for the frontend, Strapi for content management — a setup that gives the Speed Infra team full control over their project portfolio as it grows.

What the Client Needed

A construction company website has to do more than look good. It needs to establish credibility for buyers and investors who are making one of the largest financial decisions of their lives. The Speed Infra website had to communicate who they are, what they've built, and what they're building — clearly enough that a first-time visitor can quickly understand the company's track record and current projects.

The second requirement was operational: the team needed to be able to add new projects, update existing ones, and manage content on their own. Without a CMS, every new project launch would mean going back to a developer, which isn't workable when you're running multiple projects simultaneously.

How We Built It

We used Next.js for the frontend and Strapi as the headless CMS. The company website covers the brand — who Speed Infra is, their approach to construction, and their presence in Hyderabad — alongside a structured project portfolio that links out to individual project websites.

Company Profile and Brand Presence

The company profile section establishes Speed Infra's identity: who they are, their focus on residential development in Hyderabad, and what differentiates their projects. For a construction company, trust is the first sale — a developer's online presence needs to make a potential buyer feel confident before they ever visit a site office or speak to a sales team.

Project Portfolio with Strapi CMS

The project portfolio is managed through Strapi. The Speed Infra team can log into the CMS, add a new project — name, description, status, images, location — and it appears on the website without any developer involvement. As the company launches more projects, the website scales with them. Xora City and Constella are both listed and linked from the company portfolio, each with their own dedicated project websites.

Results

Delivered for ₹50,000. Speed Infra has a company website that presents their brand professionally and a CMS that their team can operate independently. As they launch new projects, they can update the portfolio without developer dependency — the website grows with the business.

Construction Company Website Development — Common Questions

How much does it cost to build a construction company website in India?

The Speed Infra company website — a full company profile with a CMS-managed project portfolio built in Next.js and Strapi — was delivered for ₹50,000 for a Hyderabad-based real estate developer. Cost depends on the scope: whether you need a CMS, how many project pages you need, whether you want integration with inquiry forms or lead management, and the complexity of the design. A focused company profile with a manageable project portfolio can ship in this range.

Does a construction company need a CMS for their website?

Yes — if you're launching multiple projects and want to keep your website updated without calling a developer every time. For Speed Infra, we used Strapi as the headless CMS so their team can add new projects, update existing listings, and manage content on their own. A construction company that's actively building and selling multiple projects needs to be able to move fast — a CMS removes the developer bottleneck from routine content updates.

What should a construction company website include?

At minimum: a company profile that establishes credibility (who you are, your track record, your focus area), a project portfolio with individual project pages, and clear contact and inquiry paths. For a developer with multiple active projects, each project should have its own dedicated page — or ideally its own website — with full details, gallery, amenities, and location information. The company website ties everything together and positions the brand.

Why do real estate developers in India need a professional website?

Buyers and investors in Indian real estate increasingly research online before visiting a site office or engaging a sales team. A developer's website is often the first impression — and for a high-value purchase, first impressions drive whether someone enquires or moves on. A professional website builds trust, answers the questions buyers have before they call, and captures leads at all hours. For a developer with multiple projects, it's also the central place to present the entire portfolio.

How long does it take to build a real estate developer website?

Timeline depends on the scope — how many project pages, whether a CMS is involved, and how much design iteration is needed. A company profile website with a CMS-managed project portfolio, like the Speed Infra website, typically takes 4 to 6 weeks from design to launch. Individual project websites with a tighter, more focused brief can ship faster.
