Website for a Premium High-Rise Residential Project Under Construction in Hyderabad

Constella is a premium high-rise residential society by Speed Infra, a Hyderabad-based real estate developer. The project was under construction when we built the website — which makes the brief more demanding. You're asking buyers to commit to something they can't walk through yet. The website has to do the work that the physical property can't.

We built the Constella project website for ₹20,000 in Next.js. A premium design that presents the project credibly enough to generate serious enquiries while the towers are still going up.

What the Client Needed

Selling an under-construction property is a trust problem. A buyer is being asked to pay for something that doesn't yet exist in its finished form. The website needs to close that gap — through visuals that make the completed project feel real, through clear communication of what's included, and through a design language that signals the quality of what's being built.

Speed Infra needed a website that matched the premium positioning of Constella. A generic real estate template wouldn't do. The design had to reflect a high-rise residential project at the upper end of the Hyderabad market.

How We Built It

We built the Constella website in Next.js. The design approach was premium and restrained — high-quality visuals, generous whitespace, a colour palette that positions the project at the right end of the market. For an under-construction project, what you show and how you show it is the product.

Premium Visual Presentation

Renders, elevations, and amenity visuals carry most of the weight for an under-construction property. We built the gallery and visual sections to foreground the best assets — giving buyers the visual evidence they need to picture life in a completed Constella apartment. Poor presentation of good assets is one of the most common failures in under-construction project marketing.

Amenities and Specifications

Premium residential buyers want specifics. The amenities section covers what Constella includes — lobby, common areas, recreational facilities, specifications — in enough detail to justify the premium price point. Vague promises don't convert premium buyers. Clear, specific amenities do.

Location in Hyderabad's Market

Location anchors the decision for most buyers. The location section covers what's accessible from Constella — proximity to key areas of Hyderabad, connectivity, and the context of the neighbourhood. For a high-rise in a specific part of the city, location is often the deciding factor between two comparable projects.

Lead Capture for the Sales Team

The enquiry form is short and persistent — present throughout the page, not a single section at the bottom. For a premium project, buyers who enquire are already interested; the job is not to lose them to a clunky form. Name, number, a note if they want. That's enough to start the conversation.

Results

Delivered for ₹20,000. Speed Infra has a premium project website for Constella that presents a high-rise residential development credibly while it's still under construction — and gives the sales team qualified enquiries from buyers who already understand what they're interested in.

Under-Construction Property Website Development — Common Questions

How do you market an under-construction residential project online?

The challenge with an under-construction property website is that you're selling something buyers can't see yet. The website has to close that gap. That means high-quality renders and visualisations that make the completed project feel real, clear and specific communication of amenities and specifications, a design language that matches the project's price point, and a frictionless way to enquire. For Constella — a premium high-rise under construction in Hyderabad — the premium design itself was part of the sales message.

What should a luxury residential project website include?

A premium residential project website needs to earn the premium price point through everything on the page. That means: high-quality render gallery and project visuals (not stock photos), detailed amenities with specifics rather than vague claims, a location section that contextualises the project in the city, floor plan options, and a design that feels as considered as the building itself. Generic real estate templates signal a generic product. For a premium project, the website design is part of the brand.

How much does a residential project website cost in India?

The Constella project website — a premium high-rise residential project website built in Next.js for Speed Infra, a Hyderabad real estate developer — was delivered for ₹20,000. For a focused project marketing website covering project overview, visuals, amenities, location, and lead capture, this is a realistic range. Cost increases with additional features: floor plan explorers, 3D visualisations, virtual tour integrations, or backend enquiry management.

Why does a high-rise residential project need its own website?

A dedicated project website keeps the buyer's attention entirely on one project — no distractions from other listings or company pages. It also ranks in search for project-specific queries (buyers often search by project name or area), gives the sales team a single focused link to share, and allows the project's marketing to be presented exactly as intended. For a premium project, a dedicated website also signals investment in the project's identity — which is itself a trust signal for high-value buyers.

How long does it take to build a property project website?

A focused project website — overview, visuals, amenities, location, and lead capture — typically takes 2 to 3 weeks from design to launch. For a premium project with more complex visual sections or additional features, expect 3 to 4 weeks. Constella's website was delivered as part of a broader engagement with Speed Infra that also included the company website and the Xora City project website.
